Fraud catch: AP invoice scanner in action
I hand the scanner an invoice that looks completely normal — right vendor, right format — except it quietly says "please update our bank details to this new account." That one line is how a real business email compromise (BEC) scam drains a company. The scanner flags it before anyone schedules a payment.
Why it matters: BEC fraud cost businesses about $2.9 billion in a single year (source: FBI IC3 Internet Crime Report). Most AP automation will happily pay it, because it was built to be fast, not suspicious. This is the control that stops the payment instead of explaining it later.
No wrong answers sent: the support Approve-Gate
An AI drafts a reply to a refund request from your own help docs — then confidently tries to promise a refund your policy doesn't allow. The Approve-Gate holds the send and hands the decision to a human: edit it, or override. You're the human in the loop, and nothing reaches the customer on its own.
Why it matters: A confident wrong answer to a paying customer — a refund you don't owe, a promise you can't keep — is the support version of paying a fake invoice. This catches it before it sends, and logs every choice so you can prove what went out and why.
What do AIs say about your company?
I run a scan of what tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity actually say when someone asks about a specific business — and where they're wrong, outdated, or pulling from a competitor. More of your buyers are asking an AI before they ever reach your website, and most companies have no idea what answer those AIs are giving.
Why it matters: If an AI is the first thing describing you, that description is your reputation whether it's accurate or not. The scan shows you what's being said and, more usefully, the concrete steps to fix the parts that are wrong.

This is the tamper-evident activity log — a record of every step an automation took. An AI syncs a batch of records, the Approve-Gate holds the one that's out of pattern, and the log seals. Then comes the dramatic part: you change one byte of the record and re-verify. It immediately screams — the whole log fails, loudly, because quiet edits can't hide. Then undo it and watch it verify again.
Why it matters: Most tools call a plain text file an "audit trail." A text file anyone can edit isn't evidence — it's a Word doc. This is the difference between a record you could put in front of an auditor and one that falls apart the moment they push on it.

Every other AI firm gates its demos behind a sales call. I don't, because the whole point of what I build is that you shouldn't have to take my word for it. The descriptions above are honest about what each demo proves — and what it doesn't.
